Black Noise Anniversary

Last year we hosted the first BN Anniversary at the Baxter Theatre and decided that we should acknowledge our achievements each year, while at the same time giving credit to the hard working people in our communities. It was decided that each year during the month of October, we would host black Noise Anniversary at The Baxter Theatre.
